Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Mint Ferry website (mintferry.com) and, where applicable, the Mint Ferry Platform provided by Rultosh Edufun Private Limited ("Rultosh Edufun," "Mint Ferry," "we," "us," or "our") to its institutional clients. Access to and use of the Platform's co-lending and investment fund products by a client institution is additionally governed by a separate, signed commercial agreement ("Client Agreement"); where these Terms and a Client Agreement conflict, the Client Agreement controls for that client's use of the Platform.
By accessing this website or the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who These Terms Apply To
This website and Platform are intended for use by banks, NBFCs, fund managers and other institutional entities evaluating or using Mint Ferry and by individuals authorized by those institutions. The Platform is not intended for use by individual retail borrowers or consumers.
2. Use of the Website
You may use this website to learn about Mint Ferry's products and to contact us regarding a potential engagement. You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or underlying systems
- Interfere with the website's operation (e.g., through scraping at scale, denial-of-service attempts or introducing malicious code)
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting inquiries
3. Use of the Platform
Access to the Mint Ferry Platform (Colending and Investment Fund products) is provided only to client institutions under a Client Agreement and only to individual users authorized by that institution. Platform users must:
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Use maker-checker and approval workflows as configured and not attempt to circumvent access controls
- Use the Platform only for the lawful business purposes contemplated in the Client Agreement
Unauthorized use, including sharing of credentials or attempts to access data outside an authorized institution's scope, may result in suspension of access.
4. Intellectual Property
The Mint Ferry name, logo, website content and Platform (including its underlying software, workflows and design) are the property of Rultosh Edufun Private Limited or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Rultosh Edufun's trademarks, branding or proprietary technology except as expressly permitted under a Client Agreement.
5. Client Data
Loan application, sanction, disbursement and fund participation data processed through the Platform remains the property of the relevant client institution(s). Rultosh Edufun processes this data solely to provide the contracted service, as further described in our Privacy Policy and the applicable Client Agreement.
6. Availability and Changes
We aim to maintain high availability of the Platform consistent with the service levels agreed in each Client Agreement, but the website and Platform are provided "as available." We may modify, update or discontinue features of the website or Platform and will provide notice to affected client institutions as required under their Client Agreement.
7. Disclaimers
Except as expressly set out in a Client Agreement, the website and any general information on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, legal or regulatory advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rultosh Edufun Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability arising from use of the Platform itself is governed exclusively by the terms of the applicable Client Agreement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, India unless otherwise specified in a Client Agreement.
